Wouldn’t come here. I brought in a readout of fault codes and told them to change out nox censor they insisted on troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem. Diagnosis was change out nox sensor then wants to charge me 450 bucks for the diagnoses that I didn’t want or needed. What is even worse is if the diagnoses is wrong then what? Exactly nothing exactly what they are worth nothing so now I’m going to have another Sam cab go out

They got me in and out real fast, very knowledgeable and they explained everything that they do pretty decent driver lounge.

Was towed in with similar problem that was fixed in Lincoln at truck center. Sat there overnight supposedly they was diagnosing a problem on the night shift I was up threw the night walking by truck. There wasn't much activity but got charged while 2 techs was messing with mirror on another truck thanks for charging me for thar. Also in short no communication with Lincoln on diagnosis. Was told needed clutches was just told 5 months ago they was at half on gage sp still ok. But get told all of sudden told they was out asked how sure was told 100% sure. Sure be nice you people quit milking the clock and get my sons truck fixed and out the door. Been there since early Tuesday morning and still isn't out the door. One day of bad weather is understandable but telling him the part will be here today, everyday and it not coming in because of incompetence. Pulled it in at about 11:30 this morning for maybe an hours worth of work and it still isn't done. Sure know how to bend someone over. Yes I have an opinion because I trucked for 30 years and have had to deal with clock milkers myself.

Wow let me tell you! These guy are great. They wasted no time and got right working on my truck. By 5 pm that same day I was out of there back on the road. They make sure everything is done the right way, to make sure I am safe on the road. Thanks Mr. Ray, Mr. Bill, AJ and my favorite Dalton that fix the truck.
